Summary
New Roots Herbal Psyllium Husk provides a natural source of fibre and mucilage to help support healthy bowel regularity and gentle relief of occasional constipation.
Psyllium husk absorbs water and forms a soft gelatinous mass that helps keep stools hydrated and easier to pass. This bulk-forming action supports natural bowel movements and digestive comfort when taken with adequate fluid intake.
This formula also contains inulin, a prebiotic fibre that helps nourish beneficial intestinal bacteria and supports overall digestive health.
