Omega 3/6/7/9 combines fish oil with flax, borage, and sea buckthorn oils to provide a broad spectrum of essential fatty acids for everyday wellness support.
Each softgel contains omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA sourced from wild anchovy and sardine fish oil. EPA and DHA help support cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and nervous-system health.
The formula also includes flax seed oil, a source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), and borage seed oil, which naturally provides gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid.
Sea buckthorn fruit oil contributes omega-7 fatty acids, including palmitoleic acid, commonly found in skin and mucous membrane tissues.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Natural vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) (from non-GMO sunflower) in a softgel composed of bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, or sugar.
Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 softgels twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
