Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with 8 oz. (250 ml) of water on an empty stomach or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
If you are taking antibiotics, take this product at least 2–3 hours before or after them.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
