Ingredients

Elemental Zinc (Gluconate) 10 mg Also contains: Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modi?ed cellulose gum, vegetable magnesium stearate. NO sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, arti?cial colours, ?avours or preservatives.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Cautions

Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
