Molybdenum (from Na molybdate) 6.4 mcg, Potassium (from potassium chloride, iodide) 14 mg, Selenium (as selenomethionine) 7.9 mcg, Silicon (HVP chelate) 7.1 mg
Vanadium (from vanadium citrate) 2.6 mcg, Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 3.6 mcg/142.857 IU, Zinc (from zinc citrate) 1.6 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients*: Citric acid, dextrin (tapioca), dicalcium phosphate, glycine, l-aspartic acid, maltodextrin (corn), olive oil, rice and soy flour, silicon dioxide and sodium stearyl fumarate.

 Capsule: Hypromellose.

Suggested use 

Adults: Take up to seven capsules daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication.

Cautions & warnings

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or with other potassium containing supplements. Some people may experience diarrhea. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond six months. This product contains soy and corn, do not use if you have a soy and/or corn allergy.
