500 mg per capsule. A 5:1 concentration:
425 mg of dried Certified Organic Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seed), equivalent to 2125 mg
75 mg of dried Certified Organic Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus, herb tops), equivalent to 375 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hypromellose (vegicap), certified organic maltodextrin.
Alcohol-free.
Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily on an empty stomach.
