Summary
New Roots Herbal Extra Strength Vitamin D3 provides 2,500 IU of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) per softgel to help support healthy vitamin D levels year-round.
Vitamin D3 is the biologically active form of vitamin D and plays an important role in calcium and phosphorus absorption, helping support the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.
When combined with adequate calcium intake, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, vitamin D3 may help reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. This convenient softgel format offers an easy way to support daily vitamin D intake.
