Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule contains:
- Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) — 500 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour, artificial colour, starch, or sugar.
Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule 1–2 times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
For reducing the risk of actinic keratosis: Take 2 capsules daily with food.
For all other uses: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

- This product is not intended to replace sunscreen or other effective sun protection measures.
- Spending time in the sun may increase the risk of sunburn, skin cancer, and premature skin aging.
