Suggested Use
Adults (19 years and older): Take 1 teaspoon twice daily. For each gram of psyllium, take with 30 mL of liquid (water, milk, or juice). Drink immediately and maintain adequate fluid intake.
Take other medications at least 2 hours before or after this product.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
Cautions & Warnings

- May cause temporary gas or bloating.
