Flor•Antacid™ does not inhibit the secretion of stomach acid like many heartburn medications, so it will not cause dependency or interfere with digestion, nutrient absorption, or the role stomach acid plays in immunity.

Many over-the-counter antacids cause a rebound effect, leading to excess acid production once they wear off. Flor•Antacid™ combats this with a pH-buffering effect and a foam barrier that sits atop the stomach, keeping acid where it belongs for up to five hours.

Ingredients

MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:	EACH TABLET CONTAINS:
Calcium carbonate (dolomite)	263 mg
Magnesium carbonate (dolomite)	183 mg
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Sorbitol, apple pectin, acacia, magnesium stearate (natural plant source), silicon dioxide, peppermint oil.

Recommended use

Chew 1-2 tablets as needed after meals, up to a maximum 8 tablets daily.
Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.

Cautions & warnings

If you are taking another medicine, please take the antacid tablets 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking your medicine; otherwise, the effectiveness of the other medicine may be altered. Should heartburn and/or acid indigestion persist after 2 consecutive weeks or if symptoms recur, please consult a physician for advice. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have kidney disease. If taking more than 1 tablet daily, some people may experience gastrointestinal disturbance such as diarrhea, as magnesium has a mild laxative effect at high doses.
